Q. Is delivery of Party Rental Equipment available?
A. Yes, delivery is available at an additional charge. Prices do not include the set up or break down of Party Rental Equipment or deliveries above street level. If these services are required, arrangements must be made in advance of the delivery and /or pick up for an additional fee. Containers are provided for your china, glasses, flatware, etc.. to insure you receive your rental items undamaged, sanitized and ready for use. Please check your order immediately and report damaged, broken or unclean equipment prior to usage. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place for delivery. Deliveries will not be made inside your home.
Q. What about pick up of Party Rental Equipment?
A. All Party Rental equipment should be rinsed food free and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. Linen should be free of refuse and dry to prevent staining or mildew. Tables and Chairs should be stacked, ready for pick up (wooden chairs should also be bagged). All Party Rental Equipment should be returned to the mutually convenient location as specified above, ready for pick up. Equipment not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
Q. What about loss or damage of Party Rental Equipment?
A. Responsibility for Party Rental Equipment remains with the lessee from the time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Particular attention should be given to prevent candle wax or burns from damaging linens. We do charge for missing and broken items.
Q. Can the customer pick up Party Rental Equipment from your location?
A. Yes, we will even help you load the Party Rental Equipment. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage to your vehicle resulting from loading/unloading of Party Rental Equipment. If this issue is of concern, we will be happy to deliver it for you at an additional charge.
Q. What is your policy on reservations and cancellations of Party Rental Equipment?
A. A fee equal to fifty per-cent of the Rental is required as a reservation deposit. Cancellations will forfeit the deposit. Final payment is due in advance of delivery unless otherwise agreed at time of reservation. We do not guarantee the weather for any event. If equipment has already been delivered, you will be charged the full amount of the rental. We reserve the right to remove any and all equipment if severe weather threatens.
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. Kent's Special Events And Party Supplies accepts cash, local checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards. If you would like us to bill you or your company, it is necessary to first establish a charge account. Ask for details.
Q. What does the Rental period consist of?
A. Your Rental time starts when the contract is opened. Your time stops when the contract is checked in by your Party/Wedding Rental agent. You are charged for time out, not time used. For most Party And Wedding Rentals, the time period is for the event. We will take your special circumstances into consideration and charge accordingly.
Q. How late can I change my order?
A. You can change your Party Or Wedding Party order before the rental starts, depending on the size of the order.
